1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between the user ("User") and iVisaOnline ("Company") arising from the use of the website ivisaonline.ru ("Website") and services provided through the Website.

By using the Website or placing an order, the User confirms that they have read and fully accept these Terms.

2. Services Description

The Company provides the following services through the Website:

  • Tourist visa invitation processing (voucher + hotel confirmation)
  • Business visa invitation processing from the Russian MFA
  • Private visa invitation processing
  • Work visa invitation processing
  • Visa consultation services

3. Order Process

To place an order, the User fills out the form on the Website providing the required information (passport details, travel dates, contact information). The order is processed after payment is received.

Tourist invitations are delivered to the specified email within 5 minutes of payment. Business invitations are processed within 1–2 business days.

4. Payment

Payment for services is made online using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or via PayPal. All payments are processed through secure payment systems.

Service prices are listed on the Website and may be changed without prior notice. The price is fixed at the time of order placement.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Order has not been processed (full refund)
  • Error by the Company in document preparation (full refund or reprocessing)
  • Visa denial due to an incorrect invitation (full refund)

Refunds are not provided if the invitation was correctly prepared and delivered, and the visa denial occurred for other reasons (incomplete document package, visa regime violations, etc.).

6. Liability

The Company is not responsible for visa denial by the consulate, as the decision to issue a visa is made exclusively by the consular institution.

The User is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information. In case of incorrect data, the Company is not liable for any consequences.

7. Intellectual Property

All Website materials (texts, images, logos, design) are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright law. Copying, distribution, or other use of materials without written consent of the Company is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Website is provided "as is." The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Website and is not liable for temporary unavailability due to technical reasons.

The Company's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific service.

9. Governing Law
