About the Project
iVisa is a joint development by iVisa LLC and TravelLine. The goal of this online project is to assist in issuing tourist invitations required by foreign citizens to obtain a Russian visa.
The main advantage of iVisa is the maximum simplicity and convenience of the service. The process of obtaining a visa invitation takes no more than five minutes and consists of just four steps. Only the most essential information is required to process the documents.
Since its launch in March 2012, iVisa has helped more than 500,000 foreign citizens obtain visa invitations to Russia. Hundreds of hotels, tour operators, and corporate clients across Russia have joined our platform.
In essence, iVisa helps various business entities find each other. TravelLine, the technical partner and creator of iVisa's software platform, has been working in the Russian hospitality industry since 2009. Its products also include online booking systems for hotel rooms and resort packages designed specifically for Russian accommodation facilities.

Invitations can be issued by Russian tour operators or hotels that have completed the necessary registration with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and have been assigned a tourism reference number.
